All Guidance provided by MedResolve AI is for educational and informational purposes only. MedResolve AI is not a healthcare provider, law firm, financial advisor, or debt collector.

No Guarantees
Medical billing is complex and outcomes vary widely. MedResolve AI makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, billing corrections, reductions, reimbursements, or dispute outcomes.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on MedResolve AI content, communications with providers or insurers, and any payments, disputes, appeals, or follow-up actions.
MedResolve AI does not act on your behalf and does not contact third parties for you.
AI & Automation
MedResolve AI may use automated systems, including AI-based tools, to analyze uploaded documents and generate Guidance. These systems do not make decisions for you and may produce incomplete or incorrect results. All outputs should be reviewed carefully before use.
Data & Content
You retain ownership of Content you upload. By using MedResolve AI, you grant a limited license to process this Content solely to operate and improve the service.
You may delete cases or documents at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed from active systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedResolve AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Use of MedResolve AI is at your own risk.
Service Availability
